Catrice Hixon

Owner and barista

Catrice is a mother of 2 ages 6 and 7. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and is currently working on her PhD in Biology. Coffee has always been a love of hers from the ripe age of 9. She loved and drank coffee and decided during her college years to become a barista. She gained her skills while working at Joe Muggs. Her love for coffee and her skills as a barista has advanced her to own her own coffee shop.

Jay Hixon

Co-owner and newly trained barista

Jay is the husband of Catrice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Although he’s not into coffee much, he gives his full support to his wife and helps in any way that he can. He enjoys spending time with the kids and a cup of coffee in the morning with his wife. In his spare time he indulges in writing, anime, and martial arts.

Crystal Slaughter

Baker

Crystal is the sister of Catrice. She is a mother of 2 ages 8 and 16. She is an assistant preschool teacher and has been working with kids for over 13 years. In her spare time she enjoys baking many many treats, reading, and singing.
